Hello yKANers! Holiday season is already upon us. It is time of the year to share some time with good friends over good food and conversation! This year, we will be collaborating with APEX – Asian Professional Exchange – in preparing Christmas party for inner city Asian Youths. yKAN will be in charge of decorating the location so that the children could have a great time. yKAN decided to work with APEX because APEX has been providing great mentoring and education programs to the underprivileged Asian youths. However, due to current economic downturn, it was difficult for APEX to raise additional funds. Therefore yKAN has contributed $150 to help sponsor the event. In addition, yKAN would like to donate few gifts to APEX students since these gifts might be the only gift they will be receiving this Christmas.
